Umuhango wo gutangiza umwaka w’ubucamanza wa 2022/2023

Ku itariki ya 14 Ukwakira 2022, ku cyicaro cy’Urukiko rw’Ikirenga, Perezida w’Urukiko rw’Ikirenga, Nyakubahwa Dr Nteziryayo Faustin yatangije umwaka w’ubucamanza wa 2022/2022.

Nyakubahwa Minisitiri w’Ubutabera akaba n’Intumwa Nkuru ya Leta, Dr Emmanuel Ugirashebuja, witabiriye uyu muhango, yasabye ko hasubizwa amaso inyuma abantu bakareba byinshi kandi byiza byagezweho mu myaka 28 ishize.

Yagize ati “Mu mwaka wa 2021, ibigereranyo binyuranye kandi byizewe byagaragaje ko u Rwanda ari igihugu kidahwema gutera intambwe ishimishije muri ibi bikurikira: - Kwiyubaka nk’igihugu kigendera ku mategeko: 87,08%; - Umudendezo n’umutekano rusange:95,47%; - Kubungabunga umutekano w’abantu n’ibyabo: 93,19%; - Kurwanya ruswa, gukorera mu mucyo no kubazwa ibisobanuro mu byo buri wese ashinzwe: 86,77%; - Gutanga serivisi inoze: 88.44%; - Kubahiriza uburenganzira bwa Muntu: 83,16%; - Kubaka ubumwe, ubwiyunge n’imibanire inogeye bose: 93,76%; - Kugeza serivisi z’ubutabera ku baturage: 86,02%; - Uko abaturage babona imikorere y’Ubushinjacyaha: 94,53%; - Icyizere abaturage bafitiye Urwego rw’Ubucamanza cyari ku gipimo cya: 88,3% - Abaturage babona Ubucamanza bwigenga ku gipimo cya 94,3% - Naho imikorere y’Urwego rw’Ubucamanza babona iri ku gipimo cya 78%.”

Minisitiri Ugirashebuja yavuze ko n’ubwo iyi mibare igaragaza ko hari byinshi bihagaze neza abantu batagomba kwirara. Ati “Tugomba guhora tuzirikana inama Nyakubahwa Perezida wa Repubulika adahwema kutugira atwibutsa ko tutagomba gushukwa n’ibi bipimo ngo tudamarare, kuko inzira ikiri ndende kandi hakiri n’imbogamizi zigikeneye gushakirwa ibisubizo birambye.”

Minisitiri yasabye abanyarwanda bose guhaguruka no gufatanya n’Inzego z’Ubutabera ndetse n’ubuyobozi gukumira icyaha no kugaragaza vuba aho kibaye.
