Uwangiza umwana ntago aba yifuza aheza h’u Rwanda – Amb. Nyirahabimana Soline

Ku wa 15 Gashyantare 2023, Umunyamabanga wa Leta ushinzwe ibyerekeye itegeko Nshinga n’andi mategeko, Amb, Nyirahabimana Soline yifatanyije n'abayobozi n'abaturage b'akarere ka Gatsibo mu gikorwa cyo gutangiza ukwezi k'ubukangurambaga bwo kurengera umwana no kumurinda ihohoterwa, bufite insanganyamatsiko "Turengere umwana, twubake u Rwanda twifuza."

Mu ijambo rye, Amb. Nyirahabimana Soline yagaragaje impungenge z'uko mu bibazo bikomeye byugarije umuryango nyarwanda, ikibazo cy’abana n’abangavu basambanywa bagaterwa inda hamwe n’ihohoterwa, biri mu bibazo bikomeye kandi bigomba kurandurwa.

Ati: "Twese dukwiye gufatanyiriza hamwe mu guhashya ihohoterwa rikorerwa abana kuko RIB n’izindi nzego zibishinzwe ntago zizajya muri buri rugo ngo zimenye ko hari uwahohotewe. Nta n’umuntu ukwiye kugira ubwoba bwo gutanga ikirego igihe amenye umwana wahohotewe kuko iyo ubicecetse ubizi uba uhishiriye icyaha ku buryo ushobora kubihanirwa"

Yasabye ababyeyi  gufashanya bakarengere abana bacu. Ati: "Ntidukwiye kwemera ko abana bacu baducika tureba. Ntidukwiye kwemera ko bavutswa ahazaza habo. Nibo Rwanda rw’ejo. Igihugu cyacu tureke kukiraga abatakifuriza ineza kuko uwangiza umwana ntago aba yifuza aheza h’u Rwanda."

Abayobozi mu nzego z’ibanze, abashinzwe umutekano, abanyamadini, ibigo by’amashuri, yabasabye gusenyere umugozi umwe. Umugozi wo kurerera u Rwanda abana bazima bazira ihohoterwa, bazira ibiyobyabwenge, bazira ikibi cyose.
